Down South, (in Tennessee) where I was born and raised many
years ago, I acquired a love for cooking and home canning
while watching my mother, grandmother & great-aunts.
Many years later, I began making my home-made tomato relish
and my home-made Chow-Chow relish. I started by giving my
relishes as birthday & holiday gifts. From there, I
started selling them at craft shows & festivals where
they were wonderful in gift baskets!! It had been suggested
to me by friends and family that I should sell my products
commercially and this is where it started. Today I sell
my products wholesale and retail.
I want everyone to enjoy my love for cooking, taking everyone
back to a simpler time when cooking from scratch, as though
the ingredients were just picked out of the garden, was
a way of life. Join myself and many others on that journey
by eating my all natural relishes made in both mild &
medium-hot.
